Privacy policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026. MyFilterFlow is an online store selling HVAC filters, based at 16300 Heritage Blvd, Suite B, Bowie, MD 20716. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and who sees it.

What we collect

• Orders: when you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, phone number, shipping address, and payment card details. We receive your order details (what you bought, your name, email, phone, and shipping address) so we can fulfill the order. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles payment information.
• Order and pro account forms on this site: if you fill in the odd-size order form or the pro account form, the details you type (name, contact info, sizes, quantities) are shown back to you as a summary on the page so you can send them to us. If you contact us by email or phone with those details, we keep them to answer you and set up your order.
• Email list: if you join the MyFilterFlow list for the 15% off code, your email address is sent to Formspree, the form service we use, and stored there so we can send your code and filter change reminders.
• Filter label photos: the "snap your filter label" tool reads your photo inside your browser on your own device. The photo is never uploaded to us or stored.
• Site analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. It does not use cookies to track you across sites.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship your order, run auto-delivery if you signed up for it, send receipts and order updates, respond to your questions, send the discount code and change reminders if you joined the list, and improve the store. That is it. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes your payment and, for auto-delivery, your recurring billing.
• Our filter supplier receives your name and shipping address only, so your order can be shipped directly to you.
• Formspree receives your email address if you join the email list.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides visit analytics.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from list emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@myfilterflow.com or calling (510) 290-4663. We reply within one business day.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
