Who we are
MyFilterFlow is an online store selling HVAC filters for homes and professionals, based at 16300 Heritage Blvd, Suite B, Bowie, MD 20716, United States. MyFilterFlow is operated by 1204 Solutions LLC. Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of 1204 Solutions LLC, so your checkout page and card statement will show the name 1204 Solutions. Products
Our filters are compatible replacement filters made to the size and MERV rating shown on the product. They are not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the equipment brands named for compatibility. Sizes listed are nominal sizes, the standard way HVAC filters are sold; the actual filter is slightly smaller than the nominal size, which is normal and required for fit. Always confirm the size printed on your current filter frame before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on this site and at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; shipping is free on every order in the continental US. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Discount codes, including the 15% off first-order code, are applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless checkout allows it.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment and typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Full details are on the shipping policy page.
Auto-delivery
Auto-delivery is a subscription. When you sign up, you agree to be charged the auto-delivery price shown at checkout (10% off the listed price) for each shipment, on a fixed schedule by filter type: every 3 months for 1 inch filters, every 6 months for 4 inch filters, and once a year for 5 inch filters. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge. There is no contract and no cancellation fee: you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from the link in your Stripe receipt email, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future shipments; it does not refund orders already shipped. If an auto-delivery price ever changes, the new price will be the one shown for that product on this site, and you can cancel before your next shipment if you do not agree to it.
Returns and the Size Fit Guarantee
If a filter does not fit your system, the exchange is free or your money back. Unopened filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Full details are on the returns policy page.
Pro and bulk orders
Case and bulk pricing for HVAC companies, landlords, and property managers is quoted individually based on sizes, MERV ratings, and volume. A quote is only binding once we confirm it to you in writing and you accept it.
Accuracy and liability
We work to keep every price, description, and policy on this site accurate. If we make a genuine pricing or description error on an order, we will contact you before shipping and offer a correction or a full refund. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
