Size Fit Guarantee

If the filter you ordered does not fit your system, the exchange is free or your money back; returns are free with the prepaid label we email you. Contact us and we will make it right.

30 day returns

Unopened filters can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, and returns are free: contact us first and we will email you a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged or wrong items

Opened filters that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered are replaced free, or refunded if you prefer; returns are free with the prepaid label we email you. Send us a photo of the item and we will sort it out fast.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. You get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Auto-delivery

Manage, pause, or cancel auto-delivery anytime from the link in your Stripe receipt email. Cancelling stops future cycles; it does not affect orders already shipped.
